Inspirational Career Journeys

The Talent Development team hosts a monthly course titled Recruiter Rise. The course provides Recruiting Coordinators with the opportunity to learn more about the Recruiter role and decide if they're interested in growing into the recruiter career path. A sub sect of the program is a monthly coffee chat spotlighting various leaders within the Talent Acquisition org. The ask was to provide a graphic that would showcase each speaker's own unique career journey. Guidance from the requestor stated they wanted the ability to edit it each month and also use it on the program's wiki page.

This info-graphic was designed as a visual aid that was used in a program called Recruiter Rise. The program sponsors monthly talks with company leadership with a goal to program attendees see that career pathways are not always linear.

Created a PowerPoint template with instruction. This ensured anyone could appropriately fill out the graphic each month as everyone in the company has access to PowerPoint, but not everyone has an Adobe (or other design license). It was also created using the company employer branding colors, to allow for visibility to external stakeholders.

Graphic was adopted fully by the Talent Growth pillar, and is currently in use. The template allows anyone from that team to fill in the information needed as each month there is a new speaker to be profiled.
