Maintenance cycles are recurring updates to content. To help with these cycles, I created this video to ensure that the feedback provided by my SMEs was actionable and did not require a lot of follow up.

To help improve on-boarding adoption rates this quick walk-thru video was designed to assist hiring managers with the steps to ensure the on-boarding curriculum was assigned to new-hires within their first week in their role.

Along with the animation I created to ensure SMEs were providing actionable feedback during maintenance cycles reviews, I created this kick-off animation to review the overall process and dates specifically for the maintenance review of the Client Lead curriculum.

This animation was included in the new hire onboarding. It was a quick way to outline the lifecycle of a recruiter's role within the hiring process.
