Quick Reference Guide

When representing a company at conferences and and external events relating to DEI-A, employees need to have a good understanding of the standard DEI-A talking points, public actions, and multicultural competence fundamentals. 

The primary challenge was finding a way to ensure that all volunteers received the same information, while also ensuring that the content remained engaging. 

Among other needs of the requesting team, a secondary concern was to ensure that learners had a field guide that could be utilized when out of the office and attending these events. Amazon as company, encourages a paperless environment. A printable quick reference guide became something that could be done, but using a web-based quick reference guide would allow ease of access to volunteers while at events while also reducing paper waste.

The reference guide echoed the look of the eLearning. It pulled the primary lessons from the training and to allow volunteers to these events the ease of accessing the information in the field.  The QRG was designed in Storyline and hosted online using our AWS S3 account. For accessibility, there was also a printable version created.
